Full-service immigration

More than the petition.

Immigration cases often depend on work that sits outside the filing itself. We help clients coordinate the legal, documentation, financial, and logistical pieces so they do not have to assemble the process on their own.

01 / EB-5

From investment planning to green card.

We help manage the immigration case and the surrounding steps that can determine whether the source-of-funds story is complete, documented, and ready to file.

  • Project diligence and project comparison support
  • Source and path of funds strategy
  • Fund transfers from India and other countries to the U.S.
  • Gift deeds and donor source-of-funds documentation
  • 401(k) rollovers and self-directed IRA coordination
  • HELOCs, home-equity financing, and loans against stock
  • Coordination with FINRA-registered reps, RIAs, NMLS-licensed mortgage professionals, CAs, CPAs, lenders, and other specialists
02 / Adjustment of status

I-485 support beyond the forms.

We help clients gather and fix the documents that can slow down an adjustment-of-status filing.

  • I-485, EAD, and Advance Parole preparation
  • Birth certificates and alternative birth documentation
  • Certified translations
  • Medical-exam process and supporting documentation
  • RFE support
  • Adjustment interview preparation
03 / Consular processing

From approval notice to visa interview.

We stay involved after petition approval and help clients prepare for the practical realities of consular processing.

  • DS-160 and consular-document support
  • H-1B stamping appointment support
  • Other visa appointment scheduling support
  • Interview strategy and document preparation
  • Former U.S. consular officer interview preparation, where available
  • Administrative-processing and follow-up guidance
04 / E-2 & business immigration

From business concept to immigration case.

For treaty investors, founders, and multinational businesses, we help connect the immigration strategy to the underlying business and supporting evidence.

  • E-2 treaty investor strategy and petition preparation
  • L-1A petitions for qualifying multinational executives and managers
  • L-1B petitions for qualifying employees with specialized knowledge
  • Business-plan preparation and coordination for E-2, L-1, and other business immigration matters
  • Investment, ownership, and capitalization documentation
  • Entity and operating-document support for the immigration filing
  • Evidence of active operations, hiring, revenue, and business activity
  • Coordination with CPAs, tax professionals, business-plan specialists, and other appropriate professionals
05 / Coordination

One team to connect the pieces.

When your case needs expertise outside immigration law, we help coordinate the right provider rather than leaving you to figure out the ecosystem yourself.

  • Tax and accounting professionals
  • Financial and securities professionals
  • Mortgage and lending professionals
  • Chartered accountants and cross-border documentation support
  • Business-plan specialists, translation, and document services
  • Former government and consular professionals, where appropriate
How it works

Nothing hidden, start to finish.

The legal case is only one part of the journey. We map the entire process up front and stay involved through the next step.

01

Evaluation

We review your background, goals, timeline, and constraints, then identify the immigration pathways that may fit.

02

Strategy

We build a case plan and identify the legal, evidentiary, financial, and documentation work the matter may require.

03

Coordination

We help organize evidence, translations, financial documents, outside specialists, and other moving pieces around the case.

04

Preparation

Our team prepares the filing, tracks missing items, and uses technology to move the case faster without replacing attorney judgment.

05

Filing

An attorney reviews the legal work before filing and manages USCIS or consular follow-up.

06

Beyond approval

Visa stamping, appointments, interviews, travel, adjustment of status, extensions, and the next stage of your immigration plan.

Why Legalyti

Confidence, by design.

A real law firm

Attorneys provide the legal advice, determine the strategy, and review the legal work on your matter.

Full-service support

We look beyond the filing and help coordinate the documents, appointments, professionals, and other work around the immigration case.

Speed, with judgment

Technology helps organize information, evidence, drafting, and case management while attorneys make the legal decisions.

Specialists when needed

Where the matter requires regulated or specialized advice outside immigration law, we coordinate with appropriate independent professionals.

One place to manage it

Your case, documents, tasks, communication, and next steps stay organized around one immigration objective.

We stay after filing

We can continue supporting RFEs, adjustment, stamping, appointments, interviews, travel, extensions, and future immigration planning.

Questions

Before you ask.

What does “full-service immigration” mean?

It means we do not look at your filing in isolation. Depending on the matter, we can help coordinate supporting documents, translations, source-of-funds documentation, visa appointments, interview preparation, and appropriate outside specialists.

Can you help with EB-5 project diligence and funding?

We can assist with the immigration and legal aspects of an EB-5 matter, including project-related diligence, source and path of funds, and the documentation needed for different funding sources. When financial, securities, lending, tax, or accounting advice is required, we coordinate with the appropriate licensed or qualified professionals. Project-related diligence is informational and legal in nature and is not a recommendation to invest or a guarantee of immigration or investment performance.

Can you help move EB-5 funds from India to the U.S.?

We can help coordinate the immigration documentation and work with appropriate banking, tax, CA, and other professionals involved in documenting an international transfer.

Do you handle E-2, L-1A / L-1B, and business plans?

Yes. We can assist with E-2 treaty investor matters and L-1A / L-1B intracompany transfer matters, including immigration strategy, petition preparation, qualifying relationship and ownership documentation, evidence of business operations, staffing and organizational evidence, and business-plan preparation or coordination where relevant. Business-plan projections and assumptions must be supported by accurate information and do not guarantee approval.

Can you help with birth certificates and translations for I-485?

Yes. We can help identify the documentation needed for the filing, including alternative evidence where appropriate, and coordinate certified translations.

Can you help find an H-1B stamping or other visa appointment?

We can assist with appointment strategy and scheduling support. Appointment availability is controlled by the relevant U.S. embassy or consulate, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Can you prepare me for a consular interview?

Yes. We can help review likely questions, identify potential issues, organize interview documents, and, where appropriate and available, coordinate additional preparation with former U.S. consular officers.

What does AI do in my case?

Technology helps collect and organize information, identify missing evidence, prepare drafts, and track the case. Attorneys provide legal advice, determine strategy, review the work, and make the legal decisions.
